MARTIN/INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, Fla. (CBS12) — Chances are you’ve seen the ads showing law enforcement debating what might happen if voters legalize marijuana in our state. A small but vocal group has recently come forward, saying legalizing pot would be safer for people and eliminate street corner drug dealers.
There is a disagreement in the ranks over Amendment Three, a bill that would make recreational pot legal in Florida.
