McALLEN, Texas ( ValleyCentral ) — A man formerly arrested for taking photos under a woman’s skirt at a Walmart has been arrested again for sexual assault, documents state.
Michael Joseph Sykes Jr. was charged with assault and sexual assault in two separate incidents, according to a criminal complaint obtained by ValleyCentral.
On July 19, the McAllen Police Department spoke with a woman, who reported that on April 4, she was physically assaulted by Sykes.
