FOND DU LAC, Wis. (WBAY) – A Menasha man is being held on $750,000 bond for a house fire that severely injured a 16-year-old girl in Fond du Lac last month.
Michael Perez, 60, is charged with Arson of a Building, 1st Degree Reckless Injury, four counts of Criminal damage to Property over $2,500, and Mistreatment of Animals Causing Death. All of the charges are felonies.
