Ingredients:

  • 2 whole chickens – cut up

Marinate overnight in:

  • ½ cup rice vinegar
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1T crushed peppercorn
  • 5 head smashed garlic
  • 1 bulb smashed ginger
  • 2 bay leaf
  • 3T sugar
  • 1T paprika
  • 1T chili powder
  • (Optional)  2T sesame seeds – sprinkle on chicken as it goes in oven

Oven roast at 400F for 45 minutes or until dark golden brown…
