Ingredients:
- 2 whole chickens – cut up
Marinate overnight in:
- ½ cup rice vinegar
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1T crushed peppercorn
- 5 head smashed garlic
- 1 bulb smashed ginger
- 2 bay leaf
- 3T sugar
- 1T paprika
- 1T chili powder
- (Optional) 2T sesame seeds – sprinkle on chicken as it goes in oven
