The Charlotte that crushed East Carolina in its last home game and came within a last-minute touchdown of winning at Memphis on Saturday is capable of giving Tulane problems, particularly if the Green Wave comes out flat in its second road game in six days. But all Tulane has done the past two years is beat conference opponents, and the same is true for coach Jon Sumrall at Troy and with the Wave. Look for Tulane, which can win in a lot of different ways, to force Charlotte’s quarterbacks into mistakes and take this one…..
