According to police, officers responded to a reported burglary in progress in one area of the Hudson Valley.
Most people would consider the Town of East Fishkill/Hopewell Junction in Dutchess County to be a pretty safe area. What incident did the Town of East Fishkill police recently have to respond to?
According to the Town of East Fishkill Police, officers responded around 8:40pm on October 25th to a burglary in progress on Spy Glass Hill. Police say when they arrived they spoke with the homeowner who reported that (2) two unknown subjects (wearing all black) broke into his residence. This is where it gets pretty scary…the homeowner was home at the time and upon discovering the break in, they confronted the subjects which caused them to flee the scene on foot…
