NEW BRUNSWICK – An 18-year-old Rutgers-New Brunswick student is facing charges after he allegedly used his cellphone to record other students while they were in the shower.

Michael Williams, of Philadelphia, has been charged with three counts of third-degree invasion of privacy and one count of fourth-degree tampering with evidence, according to a press release from Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone and Chief Kenneth Cop of the Rutgers University Police Department.
