Franklin Square fountain returns to Syracuse after a year under renovation

The City of Syracuse Department of Parks & Recreation announced the completion of the restoration of the iconic fountain in Franklin Square on Thursday, October 31.

The City of Syracuse said the landmark returned to its place at the corner of Plum and Solar Streets on Thursday, October 24 and City crews reinstalled the fountain after a 12-month absence.
