On Thursday at 10:12 a.m. EDT a wind advisory was issued by the National Weather Service valid for Thursday between noon EDT and 10 p.m. EDT for Shiawassee, Genesee, Lapeer, St. Clair, Livingston, Oakland, Macomb, Washtenaw, Wayne, Lenawee and Monroe counties.
