Osceola hadn’t done well against Meridian recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn’t let the past get in their way on Saturday. The Osceola Bulldogs came out on top against the Meridian Mustangs by a score of 2-0. This was a revenge contest for the Bulldogs, as the team was forced to settle for a 2-1 defeat when these two played last Tuesday.
Osceola never let Meridian on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 27-25.
Kenzie Bartling paced Osceola’s offense, picking up nine kills. Bartling got some help from Emersyn Prososki and her 25 assists. Finally, Eastyn Kropatsch and Alexis Burritt kept the team grounded on defense, each having blocked two attacks…
