MILLER COUNTY, Mo. — A St. Louis man is in custody after allegedly leading law enforcement on a high-speed chase in which he reached 180 mph on Highway 54 and crashed just before speeding past a local school that was preparing to release students.
According to the Miller County Sheriff’s Office, on Tuesday, Oct. 29, deputies and the Missouri Highway Patrol entered a pursuit of the 2014 Porsche Boxter, driven by 37-year-old Brennan Christopher England.
The Sheriff’s Office says MSHP troopers had reported the vehicle had traveled over 180 mph on Highway 54, before exiting east onto Highway 52 toward Tuscumbia…
