SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — Some local leaders stood united this week, endorsing Andrew Hayes over Carl DeMaio in the race for the 75 th California Assembly District.
Both candidates are Republicans and vying to represent much of East County, as well as inland North County in Sacramento.
“We need you to know about Carl DeMaio who’s a candidate for the 75 th Assembly District,” said Congressman Scott Peters. “He does not have the character, integrity or the temperament to be elected to office.”
