On Wednesday, Oct. 23, Exeter’s varsity volleyball team faced off BB&N, defeating them 3-0. Though the results turned out as expected, the game was not an easy win.
Lower Melody Ma described, “The game against BB&N was the closest we’ve come to losing a set this season, with the first set being 27-25. They had multiple set points, which put a lot of pressure on us.”
Senior Steph Handte mentioned, “We lost one of our primary hitters that game due to an injury. This required some of us to play a position different from our own. There was no doubt that most of us felt a sense of unfamiliarity and discomfort.”…
