Florida-based group contends Arizona may have 1.2 million ineligible voters in lawsuit

PHOENIX — A Florida-based organization contends there are 1.2 million ineligible people on Arizona voter registration rolls.

In a new lawsuit, attorneys for Citizen AG say their calculations show more than 1.6 million registered voters did not vote in the last two elections also did not respond to notices that election officials are legally required to send to them to find out if they are still eligible. That, the lawsuit claims, means that they are dead or have moved.
