Former Ohio governor to give talk on democracy at UT

Former Ohio Gov. Richard Celeste will present “Democracy is Not a Spectator Sport” during an election week seminar at the University of Toledo.

The Nov. 6 presentation in the McQuade Law Auditorium is a reflection on the challenges he faced as governor and his perspective as a citizen 40 years later, the law school said in a release.
