PHOENIX (AZFamily) — Sandy Girard has just over $16,000 back in her account. “I feel like I could just jump up and down right now. I’m just so happy. Grateful, and thankful,” she told On Your Side’s Gary Harper.
In October, she explained that a scammer somehow convinced Navy Federal Credit Union to make two wire transfers out of her checking account, totaling around 16 grand.
