YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – A Mahoning County grand jury has returned indictments in a Youngstown murder case.
Andre Bailey, Vincent Marbley and Eddie Winphrie are each charged with two counts of aggravated murder with firearm specifications, murder with a firearm specification, aggravated robbery with a firearm specification, tampering with evidence and having weapons under disability.
