Girls’ weekend fuels a tasty small business

PINE LEVEL — Tina Boykin launched her small business, Charcuterie Charm by Tina, after a girls’ weekend.

“I went on a girls’ trip to the beach, and one of the ladies brought a charcuterie board,” Boykin recalled. “I was fascinated and thought I could do it.”

Boykin began creating charcuterie boards at home in December 2022. She launched her business with three offerings — boards, with cheese, meat and crackers; personal boxes, which are essentially charcuterie for one; and what Boykin calls grazing tables…
