On the night of Halloween, amidst the expected jubilations, Baltimore’s Central District was pierced by the sound of gunshots, leading to a teenage boy being injured. According to a media advisory from the Baltimore Police Department, patrol officers near Eutaw and Saratoga Streets yesterday, around 11:16 p.m., responded to the gunfire they heard.
The officers discovered the 17-year-old male victim in the 400 block of Saratoga Street, suffering from a gunshot wound.
