Four people between the ages of 19 and 22 were shot and injured downtown early Friday morning.
According to a press release posted to the New Haven Police Department’s (NHPD) X account on Friday at 11:16 a.m., at around 2:03 a.m., city police “were alerted to several gunshots” and a person shot in the 800 block of Chapel Street.
