“If you take his name off of his stats… $30-40 million per year” – Gilbert Arenas thinks Klay Thompson is underpaid due to narrative

After a disappointing 2023-24 season, many felt that Klay Thompson’ s prime was over. Still, the 34-year-old has been solid in his first five games with the Dallas Mavericks, averaging 15.6 points on 38.8 percent from three.

That said, the “Splash Brother” is no longer perceived as an NBA star, nor does he make money some of the league’s best make. But according to Gilbert Arenas , that shouldn’t be the case.

Arenas feels bad for Thompson
