SHIPPENSBURG, Pa. – The Shippensburg University women’s swimming had a tough outing Friday evening, dropping a Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) meet to Clarion, 136-50, Friday evening at Donald N. Miller Natatorium.
