Two Middlesex County women were charged with voter fraud in separate incidents, according to the county prosecutor. Lori Mulligan, of Parlin, is accused of voting by mail using the name of a dead family member. Katherine Fokas, of Monroe, allegedly tried to apply for a mail-in ballot using a dead relative’s name.
