Federal agents are arresting an international gang of bank robbers that use fire to break in. Investigators say the bank robbers used blowtorches, cellphone jammers, and disguises to rob banks across several states, including California, Oregon, and Washington. The FBI says the robbers are mostly from South America. They’ve stolen more than four-million dollars from 29 banks and credit unions.
