RAPID CITY, S.D. (KOTA) – The South Dakota woman charged with enticement of a minor and possession of child pornography changed her plea in federal court Friday.
Emily Yeary, 26, pleaded guilty to seven separate counts which are as follows: two counts of enticement of a minor to travel for illegal sexual activity, travel with intent to engage in sexual activity, possession of child pornography, transportation of obscene materials, obstruction of justice and tampering with a witness.
The factual basis statement for the case states Yeary traveled to Mississippi from South Dakota to engage in sexual relations with a 15-year-old girl back in June of 2022. Yeary then took the girl back to South Dakota with the intention of being in a relationship with her…
