Whatever the outcome of Tuesday’s election, voters in the Missouri House of Representatives’ District 109 will have a new voice in Jefferson City.
Neither Republican John Simmons nor Democrat Eleanor Maynard currently holds the seat, which covers much of northern Franklin County. Simmons defeated sitting Rep.
