State launches housing assistance for certain Oregon Health Plan members

SPRINGFIELD, Ore. — As of Friday, November 1, certain Oregon Health Plan members can receive financial benefits for housing. The Oregon Health Authority said the program is part of a larger effort to address social issues that factor into people’s health.

“Housing and health are intertwined,” said Emma Sandoe, Medicaid Director with OHA.
