Louisiana, MS, AL – Gulf Coast states are bracing as Potential Tropical Cyclone 18 advances toward the region, with impacts anticipated by late Friday. Officials say the system currently sits in the southern Caribbean and is moving northwest with a high likelihood of strengthening into a tropical depression.
