FLORENCE – The City of Florence is excited to announce the launch of its newly redesigned website, which enhances functionality and provides access to city services and resources. The updated platform features customized landing pages for City Departments, including Utilities, Parks & Recreations, Public Works, Business, Animal Services, Fire and Rescue, Police, Emergency Management (EMA), and others.
A feature of the new platform is an interactive “Report an Issue” option, which allows citizens to easily submit concerns such as potholes, overgrown grass, dead animals and more directly to the appropriate department. Additionally, many online forms are available with email submission, providing quick access to services like permits, garbage service requests, business license applications, and more.
