Tito Jackson, the former Jackson 5 singer, was laid to rest on Monday. His funeral was attended by several members of the Jackson family, including his children Paris and Bigi.
Tito’s sons Taj, Taryll, and TJ had announced their father’s death in September. Tito’s siblings La Toya and Marlon, as well as Jermaine’s children Jaafar and Jermajesty, were also present.
Paris shared a photo of Tito and Michael on her Instagram Story as a tribute. Michael’s son Prince posted a family photo with the caption “Love you forever Poppa T❤️.”
Janet Jackson shared a throwback photo of her and Tito on Instagram Stories, expressing her love and grief.
Tito rose to fame with The Jackson 5 in the 1960s. He later released two solo albums, “Tito Time” in 2016 and “Under Your Spell” in 2021.
Tito is survived by his three sons, grandchildren, mother Katherine, and siblings Rebbie, Jackie, Jermaine, LaToya, Marlon, Randy, and Janet.
