CHARLESTON, S.C. — Police in South Carolina asked for help Tuesday identifying two people who abandoned an injured dog.
Officers with the Charleston Police Department said Animal Control officers in Charleston responded on Oct. 8 to reports of a distressed Rottweiler left tethered on the West Ashley Greenway.
They found the dog with injuries and no access to food or water, according to officers.
They said the animal was treated at the Charleston Animal Society and adopted.
