WAYNE COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) – Murder and arson charges have been filed against a man accused in an incident that ended with a death and a home burned to the ground in Fort Gay, West Virginia.
Daryl Riggs has been charged with second-degree murder and arson following an incident that was reported in the 2100 block of Mill Creek Road on Oct. 28, according to court documents.
Court documents state that Riggs made a confession relating to the death of Robert Estep on Nov. 3.
