A 39-year-old man from San Dimas was killed Wednesday when his car crashed off an elevated stretch of state Route 94 near South Park.
The driver was taking the ramp from westbound SR-94 to southbound Interstate 15 at high speed shortly before 10:30 a.m. Wednesday when it struck a wall at the connector and vaulted off the roadway the roadway, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The driver was ejected from the car, which landed landed on the eastbound side of SR-94, came to rest on a slope full of ice plant and caught fire, the CHP reported…
