Jill Schramm/MDN A crew with Mattson Construction positions the Theodore Roosevelt statue on a new pedestal in front of the Roosevelt Park Zoo Visitors Center Wednesday. The statue has moved a few times over the course of the years, and the latest move is made necessary by construction occurring on the Mouse River Enhanced Flood Protection Project in the statue’s former location in Roosevelt Park.
