Things ended swiftly on Episode 4 of “The Golden Bachelorette” for contestant Dan Roemer, an Iowan turned Floridian. But, the reality TV contestant told the Register he still had an amazing time on the show.
Joan Vassos, ABC’s first “Golden Bachelorette,” has experienced and shown a whirlwind of emotions this season, however, Roemer said she still carried herself with grace and poise.

There were two other men on the show who were familiar with the Hawkeye State, Jonathan Rone from Oakland, Iowa, and Jordan Heller, a University of Iowa graduate. Roemer said the three men shared plenty of connections. He and Heller even overlapped during their time in Iowa City and lived in fraternities less than a mile away apart…
