An award-winning Uptown restaurant announced Monday that it would reopen after a summer of transformation with a new executive chef and new hours.
Wonderland and Sea fully re-launched Wednesday with New Orleans native Byron Bradley Jr. at the helm in the kitchen.
Bradley re-shaped the menu that was largely focused on chicken, fish and chickpea sandwiches when the restaurant opened in 2023, then under chef Joel Brown.
