Fontana offers waste disposal services

The city of Fontana is offering disposal services for household hazardous waste. Disposal is free for residents, and the limit is 15 gallons or 125 pounds. Individual containers over 5 gallons and business waste will not be accepted.

Residents are required to bring a California identification card with a Fontana city address. Tax roll or multi-family residents must bring a photographed identification with a city address.

Residents can dispose of their waste on Saturdays, from 8 a.m. to noon, at the Fontana Household Hazardous Waste Facility, 16454 Orange Way. The facility will not provide services on Nov. 9 (Veteran’s Day), Nov. 30 (Thanksgiving) and Dec. 28 (Christmas)…
