FAIRFIELD, Calif. — A man is being accused of murder after allegedly running over another person multiple times in the Solano Town Center parking lot.
Fairfield Police Department said the victim, only described as a man, was walking through the mall’s northside parking lot when he was hit by a white Dodge pickup truck around 11:30 a.m.
