Tracking the Tropics : A tropical wave is located over the central Caribbean. It is disorganized, but conditions favor slow development into a tropical depression plate this week or weekend as it moves into the western Caribbean. NHC is giving this system a medium chance of developing. It is too early to say if it will curve north into the SE Gulf.
