PHOENIX (AZFamily) — An apparent sinkhole is causing traffic delays in a north Phoenix neighborhood Monday afternoon.
Early Monday evening, police had blocked an area near 35th Avenue and Bell Road as the sinkhole, caused by an apparent water main break caused traffic issues for drivers in north Phoenix.
Phoenix city spokesperson Michael Gertzman tells Arizona’s Family that no residential customers are being impacted from the water shutoff. However, a landscaping service and a fire hydrant are current affected.
