EXCELSIOR SPRINGS, Mo. (KCTV) – An Excelsior Springs man has been charged after a child was shaken to the point of serious injury over the summer.
Clay County, Missouri, Circuit Court records filed on Tuesday, Nov. 12, have revealed that Noah Z. Odeh, 25, of Excelsior Springs, has been charged with child endangerment in connection to an early August incident.
A grand jury indictment filed on Tuesday indicated that on Aug. 1, Odeh shook a child so hard they were seriously injured. He could spend up to 15 years in prison if found guilty…
