According to Polk Sheriff, 64-year-old Eugene Albert Hendry was arrested after he attempted to break into a residence and then fought 2 deputies. Reports say he showed up at the front door of a Mulberry residence wearing only boxer shorts and tried to force entry into the residence. 3 people were on the back porch at the time and when they heard what was happening they yelled at him to stop and called 911. Well, they don’t always like when you do that and this is one of those examples. Hendry became more aggressive and even threw a large object through the window, per Polk Sheriff.
