On November 5th, two vehicles were parked on the shoulder of I-10 in San Antonio when a woman in a sedan barreled into them from behind. Two individuals were killed and the woman sustained major injuries.
Violent San Antonio Crash
Drivers on Monday were surprised when I-10 shut down for hours due to a major wreck. Bexar County Sheriff’s Office received information that a vehicle being loaded onto a trailer was rear-ended around 3pm that day.
All main lanes of I-10 West were blocked off and the Texas Department of Transportation urged drivers to find alternate routes to and fro as officials and road crews worked on clearing up the wreckage.
New Details on the Tragic Event
It has finally been revealed that the devastating accident was not entirely innocent. The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office discovered that the driver of the vehicle that caused the accident, a 53-year-old woman, showed no signs of braking.
