If you drive a large vehicle and need to park on Phillips Avenue in downtown Sioux Falls, you’ll want to be mindful of a proposed city ordinance regarding parking that could result in a fine in the future.
Dakota News Now is reporting that Sioux Falls City Councilors on Tuesday, (November 12) detailed a road map for a proposed ordinance that could change parking on Phillips Avenue in the not-to-distant future.
