Windsor Town Councilman Walter Bernacki has been reelected through write-in votes in the 2024 November General Election.
Three seats on the council were available entering the election this year, but only two candidates were on the ballot: current councilmen Jake Redd and Marlin W. Sharp.
Bernacki had announced in February that he did not intend to seek a third term, and he hoped the advance word would allow time for new candidates to come forward. When none did, he was willing to be an option for write-in votes…
