YPSILANTI, MI – A popular bakery that opened and grew during the COVID-19 pandemic is now operating a cafe in downtown Ypsilanti.
Bird Dog Baking, owned by husband and wife Jennifer Haglund and Mark Bogard, opened its street-side cafe at 100 W. Michigan Ave. in April after two years of using the back of the space as the heart of their bakery operation.
