KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) – Nov. 17th is the World Day of Remembrance for crash victims, and a group gathered in Knoxville on Sunday to talk about loved ones they had lost to traffic accidents.
“To everyone who is driving too fast, just slow down because your life and the lives of those around you depend on it,” Knoxville Mayor Indya Kincannon said.
