Delray Beach, FL/CBS12 News — The clock is ticking and cities and counties in Florida are looking for ways to house the homeless, given a new state law that went into effect October 1.

Palm Beach County is looking at the option of housing homeless people in mini-cottages.

For homeless people who are accustomed to sleeping overnight in parks or on sidewalks, a small cottage could soon be their new home…
