I never heard of this until very recently.
It’s called “Pittsburgh Pizza.” The under carriage and crust is cooked and it is topped with cold ingredients … toppings such as cheese, pepperoni, etc.
It looks strange to me, but, I’m used to a more traditional pizza, where all of the ingredients are cooked…
