COWPENS, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – The Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Office said three family members were arrested after they were called to a home in Cowpens last week.
The Department of Social Services reportedly contacted deputies about “deplorable living conditions” at a home on Old Johnson Road.
